The two washing wenches and ME, 5'11" 368#'s.
This was last Sept.,since then down 55#'s,hopefully I can keep it up,Iknow it'll slow down. But I'd really like to be around what I was at graduation(almost 23 years ago)210#'s.
Wish me patience, my wife/social secretary/conscience/PIMA can really get on the most infinitesimal part of my nerves. So wish me patience she's gonna need it.
It will only slow down if you let it. Look at those people on Biggest Looser. You can do it. I'll be praying for PITA.
